Bilingual Vacation Rental VA

I run several short-term rentals across Airbnb and VRBO and I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant to keep daily operations smooth in both English and Spanish.

Here’s what I need you to take off my plate:
• Respond to every guest message promptly, politely and in the guest’s preferred language.
• Coordinate each check-in and check-out, confirming arrival details, sending access instructions, and updating the cleaning team when guests leave.

Because the role is guest-facing, solid experience managing listings on both Airbnb and VRBO is essential. Your background in customer service will help maintain our 5-star reputation, while your administrative skills will keep notes, calendars and follow-ups organized.

You’ll work entirely online using the platforms’ native inboxes, Google Workspace for tracking, and WhatsApp when faster coordination is needed. I’m in a different time zone from many of my guests, so flexible availability is a plus.

Deliverables are simple:
1. Inbox zero each day on Airbnb and VRBO.
2. Confirmed check-in instructions sent at least 24 hrs before arrival.
3. Check-out confirmations and cleaning notifications logged within 1 hr of guest departure.
