Bilingual U.S. Insurance Virtual Assistant

Assistant to support a U.S.-based insurance agency. We prefer candidates who speak Mandarin Chinese and English and have hands-on experience with U.S. group health insurance and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks related to group health and life insurance.
Support policy applications, enrollment, renewals, and policy servicing.
Manage client information, insurance documents, and records.
Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders.
Follow up on pending applications, requirements, and policy updates.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth insurance operations.
Qualifications
Previous experience with U.S. group health insurance and life insurance is strongly preferred.
Mandarin Chinese and English communication skills are preferred.
Familiarity with U.S. insurance terminology, enrollment processes, and policy documentation.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Must have a reliable internet connection, backup power and internet options, a headset, and a dual-monitor setup.
