Initial Compensation: $8-15 USD/ hour, depending on experience and communication skills
We are looking for a reliable and communicative Bilingual Technical Interview Support Specialist in LATAM to participate in structured online mock-interview and career-practice sessions for software engineering professionals in LATAM.
The ideal candidate speaks Spanish and English or Portuguese and English confidently, enjoys meeting new people, and has a basic understanding of software development.
You do not need to be a senior developer or experienced technical interviewer. Junior developers, recent graduates, self-taught developers, technical support professionals, and candidates with a strong interest in technology are welcome.
We provide training, schedules, prepared questions, technical materials and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
• Participate in scheduled online mock-interview and practice sessions.
• Ask prepared technical and professional questions and appropriate follow-ups.
• Participate in two-way role-play exercises involving both asking and answering questions.
• Help participants practice explaining technical concepts clearly and professionally.
• Demonstrate positive communication, confidence, posture, and meeting etiquette.
• Provide constructive feedback after sessions.
• Review provided technical materials before meetings.
• Use provided AI tools to support technical preparation and discussions.
• Respond promptly to administrative and scheduling messages.
• Join confirmed sessions punctually and prepared.
• Occasionally accommodate short-notice sessions during your available hours.
• Provide feedback to help improve our service.
Requirements
• Fluent or professional Spanish and English or Portuguese and English.
• Strong speaking, listening, and communication skills.
• Comfortable talking with new people on video calls.
• Basic understanding of software development.
• Ability to learn technical topics quickly.
• Reliable, punctual, proactive, and responsive.
• Able to provide constructive feedback.
• Stable internet connection, computer, webcam, and microphone.
Basic familiarity with web development, APIs, databases, Git, cloud technologies, testing, or common programming concepts is helpful but not mandatory.
Candidates with little formal technical experience may also be considered if they have a strong interest in software development and can learn quickly.
Schedule & Compensation
After onboarding and regular participation in live sessions begins, we are open to discussing higher compensation, including:
• Hourly payment
• Fixed monthly payment
• Performance-based compensation
This is intended to be a long-term collaboration.
