I have identified two distribution centers in China that stock the product I’m preparing to buy in bulk. I need someone who can switch smoothly between Mandarin and English on the phone, introduce my company, and obtain formal quotations.

Here’s exactly what I will ask you to secure from each supplier:
• their unit price based on the quantity and specificarions I will provide
• their earliest realistic delivery schedule to my forwarder in Guangzhou
• confirmation of what their payment terms, export documents are
• the latest technical sheets or spec sheets they can show me
• and an official quote on company letterhead or stamped PDF

Once both calls are complete, put everything—call notes, quotations, and any documents—into a single, clearly-labelled folder (Word or Excel summary plus the supplier PDFs are fine).
