Bilingual RFQ Processing Assistant

I need support handling the commercial front-line of our industrial sales operation. Your core duty will be the prompt processing of incoming RFQs and price inquiries: extracting the technical and commercial details, confirming any missing information with prospects, and turning the request into a clean quotation inside our Odoo ERP.

Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish are both essential because most of our daily correspondence switches between these two languages. If you also feel comfortable in Portuguese or German, that will give you extra context with a few key accounts.

Here is what the day-to-day looks like:

• Convert every RFQ into an Odoo quotation, pulling the right price lists, discounts, and delivery terms.
• Follow up on open quotes, update probability stages, and flag hot leads to me.
• Keep phone and email communication courteous, concise, and well logged in the system.
• Maintain tidy product and customer records so the sales pipeline stays reliable.

You will have direct access to our Odoo instance (Sales, CRM, and Inventory modules). Familiarity with its interface is welcome; otherwise, be ready for a short onboarding session and quick self-learning.

Acceptance criteria: each RFQ must be converted and sent back to the customer within 24 hours, entered in Odoo with 100 % field completion, and followed up at least twice before closure.
