Bilingual Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist (Phlebotomy).
We are a mobile phlebotomy and clinical laboratory specimen collection service operating in New York. We are hiring proactive, fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) appointment setters and outbound callers to book in-home and corporate blood collection appointments.
Responsibilities:
Contact leads via phone calls, SMS, and WhatsApp.
Qualify patients by verifying zip code and confirming they have a valid doctor's lab requisition.
Schedule appointment dates and times on our calendar.
Send payment link to collect the initial $50 booking deposit to secure the slot.
Requirements:
100% fluent English (clear verbal communication) and native/fluent Spanish.
Prior experience in appointment setting, medical scheduling, or phone sales.
Reliable internet connection and headset.
Compensation:
Commission-based paying $15 per confirmed and paid deposit, with flexible daily or weekly payouts.
