Bilingual Personal Injury Cold-Call Closers

We are looking for 2 reliable remote callers to handle personal-injury intake calls for our Texas campaign.

We provide fresh prospect data with the client's name, phone number, vehicle details, and exact accident date/time. Your job is to call, qualify the prospect, and live-transfer qualified, ready-to-move-forward clients to our intake attorneys.

Requirements:

* Fluent English and Spanish
* Excellent communication and phone skills
* Experience with personal injury intake, legal intake, or paralegal work preferred
* Vicidial experience is a strong plus
* Able to follow a script while building genuine rapport
* Confident handling questions and objections
* Reliable internet and a good headset

Schedule:

8 AM - 12 PM Central Time

We are also open to part-time paralegals with personal-injury experience who are comfortable handling phone intake.

Daily expectations include meeting an agreed transfer target and providing a Vicidial report showing total calls, qualified leads, and transfers.

Training and ramp-up time will be provided. We are looking for reliable people interested in an ongoing position.
