I have a batch of scanned customer-information sheets that must be keyed into an online form. The content appears in both Indonesian and English, so you will need to understand and type accurately in each language.

Your task is straightforward: open the web portal I provide, copy every field from the scanned document into its matching field on the form, double-check for spelling or number transposition errors, and submit. Consistency in diacritics, name order, and contact formats is essential because the records feed directly into our CRM.

Because the originals are scans, occasional smudges or handwritten notes may appear. When something is unreadable, flag the form before submission so I can clarify. Otherwise, every field should be 100 % complete.

Deliverables
• All assigned forms submitted with zero empty mandatory fields
• A simple log (spreadsheet or text) noting any entries you flagged for clarification and the reason

Acceptance criteria
• 98 %+ character-level accuracy on random audits
• Forms completed within the agreed daily quota
• Bilingual formatting respected (no mixing languages within a single field unless the source does)
