Bilingual OmniChannel Campaign Platform

I need a full-stack web application that lets me create and run customised communication campaigns—very similar to the way utility companies issue bills—only across Email, WhatsApp and SMS at the same time.

Core workflow
• I upload customer records containing billing information, purchase history and user preferences.
• The system merges this data into pre-designed templates (HTML for mail, rich text for WhatsApp, SMS text and a professionally formatted PDF).
• Each customer then receives a fully personalised PDF statement plus the matching message over the chosen channels.

Key capabilities
• Admin console with user management, campaign management and real-time reporting & analytics.
• Separate, MFA-protected log-ins for super-admins and individual client accounts.
• A template manager so I can design, store and edit bilingual content (English + 11 other Indian languages).
• High-volume Email, WhatsApp Business API and SMS gateway integrations, with delivery reports that can be filtered, searched at account level and downloaded as CSV/Excel.
• Elastic search across all campaigns, customers and delivery logs.

Tech expectations
Use a modern, widely supported stack (think Node.js/Express or Django/FastAPI on the back end, React or Vue on the front, PostgreSQL or MongoDB for data, and Docker/Kubernetes for scalable deployment). Secure code practices, RESTful or GraphQL APIs, and a micro-service-friendly architecture will be appreciated because we anticipate future feature expansion.

Deliverables
1. Source code in a private repo with clear commit history
2. Deployed MVP on our cloud account (AWS/Azure/GCP)
3. Database schema and migration scripts
4. API documentation and a brief user manual
5. Test suite covering critical paths (unit + integration)
6. Handover walkthrough and two weeks of post-launch support

Acceptance criteria
• A campaign of 1,00,000 mixed-language recipients completes with ≥99 % delivery rate and accurate personalisation in all PDFs.
• Role-based access with MFA functions flawlessly for at least admin + two client accounts.
• Downloadable delivery report generates in under 30 seconds for a 30-day data set.
