Bilingual indian female Fintech Loan Telecaller Needed

looking for female telecaller who can do cold calling and guide our applicants smoothly through every step of their fintech loan journey while switching comfortably between Hindi and English. Your calls will begin once a lead is handed over by our marketing team and finish only after the borrower has a clear picture of where their application stands.

Day-to-day, you will:
• Collect all required KYC and income documents over call, WhatsApp, or e-mail and record receipt in our CRM.
Cold calling
• Walk applicants through each field of the digital form, solving doubts on the spot so the data we receive is complete and accurate.
• Proactively share status updates—approval, additional info needed, disbursement timeline—so customers never have to chase us for news.

A pleasant, confident phone manner, basic computer skills, and the ability to summarise every interaction in writing are essential. If you already know your way around common loan-management CRMs or spreadsheets, even better.


Deliverables I will review weekly:
1. Call log export with disposition codes.
2. Completed application forms matched to their supporting documents.
3. Status-update sheet showing each applicant’s current stage.
