Bilingual English-Hindi Phone Assistant

I need a virtual assistant who speaks and understands English and Hindi with equal ease. Your core responsibility will be handling incoming and outgoing client phone calls on my behalf, keeping conversations clear, courteous, and professional. All calls will be placed through Zoom, so you should already feel comfortable using its dial-out feature, managing call recordings, and noting follow-up actions within the platform.

Typical work will include greeting new leads, answering routine inquiries, and occasionally arranging follow-up appointments that I will confirm once you send me a brief call summary. Because phone communication is the only channel I want covered for now, strong verbal skills matter more than heavy multitasking; however, organised note-taking after each conversation is essential so I can track client needs and next steps without listening to entire recordings.
