Bilingual Engineering WordPress Site

I’m seeking an experienced WordPress designer/developer to deliver a professional bilingual Arabic-English website for an established Saudi engineering consulting office. The project includes approximately 11 pages, proper Arabic RTL and English LTR implementation, full responsive design, and an owner-friendly WordPress administration experience.

An existing website, branding, content, and previous development work are available for review. The selected developer may recommend either improving the existing implementation or rebuilding it cleanly on a staging environment.

The target delivery period is 14-21 days.

Please review the attached detailed Scope of Work before submitting your bid. Your proposal should include your fixed price, technical approach, timeline, required plugins/licences, relevant Arabic/RTL experience, and 2-3 comparable live portfolio examples.

The final objective is a stable, elegant WordPress website that can be managed internally by a non-technical owner without routine dependence on the developer.
