Bilingual Educational Story Editor

I have written a short Indonesian story together with my own English translation. The piece is designed for adult learners and is meant to deliver practical, immediately usable knowledge rather than abstract theory or heavy historical context.

What I now need is a substantive edit in both languages. I’m asking you to:

• Strengthen structure and flow so the narrative stays engaging while teaching the intended practical lessons.
• Verify that every technical or how-to detail is accurate and clearly explained for an adult reader.
• Preserve the Indonesian cultural flavour but ensure idioms, humour, and references make equal sense in English.
• Flag any passages that feel repetitive or off-tone and suggest concise rewrites.
• Return two clean, publication-ready files—one Indonesian, one English—plus a tracked-changes version so I can see every adjustment.

Fluency in both Indonesian and English and experience editing bilingual or educational texts for adults will be essential. A background in instructional writing or curriculum material would be a bonus.
