Bilingual English/Spanish Cold Caller – Small Business Outreach

We are looking for a confident and friendly bilingual English/Spanish cold caller to help us contact small businesses in the United States.

This is a remote, part-time position with the possibility of becoming a long-term role.

What You'll Be Doing

You will be provided with:

A list of businesses to contact
Business names and phone numbers
A calling script
Responses for common objections
A Google Sheets system for tracking calls and outcomes
Training on our offer and outreach process

Your main responsibility will be to call businesses, briefly introduce our website service, and ask for permission to send them a website idea/mockup that we've prepared for their business.

You are NOT expected to close the sale on the first call.

The primary goal is to start conversations and identify businesses that are willing to see what we've prepared for them.

Example of the Call

"Hi, am I calling [Business Name]?

Great! My name is [Name]. I'm calling because I came across your business and put together a quick website idea for you—just something that could make it easier for customers to find you and get in contact with you.

There's no cost or obligation. I'd just like to send it over so you can take a look. Would that be okay?"

Additional scripts and objection responses will be provided.

Requirements

You MUST:

Speak fluent conversational English
Speak fluent conversational Spanish
Be comfortable making cold calls
Have clear and professional phone communication
Sound natural rather than simply reading from a script
Be comfortable handling basic objections
Have reliable internet
Have a quiet environment for making calls
Be reliable and consistent
Accurately record every call outcome in Google Sheets
Be available during U.S. Central Time business hours

Previous cold-calling, appointment-setting, telemarketing, sales, or call-center experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation

Starting compensation: $5 USD/hour

Performance bonuses may be available based on results.

There is opportunity for increased hourly compensation and additional hours for strong, consistent performance.

We will begin with a paid trial period before selecting someone for a longer-term position.

For your recording, please read the following naturally as if you were actually speaking with a business owner:

English:

"Hi, my name is [Name]. I'm calling because I came across your business and put together a quick website idea for you. There's no cost or obligation. I'd just like to send it over so you can take a look. Would that be okay?"

Spanish:

"Hola, mi nombre es [Nombre]. Le llamo porque encontré su negocio y preparé una idea rápida para una página web. No tiene ningún costo ni compromiso. Simplemente me gustaría enviársela para que pueda verla. ¿Estaría bien?"
