Bilingual Client Onboarding Assistant

I run a residential cleaning company and need dependable remote help so every new prospect is welcomed politely and booked on the spot. Your two main duties are straightforward:

• Answer inbound calls from potential clients in either English or Portuguese, strictly following the short script I’ll provide.
• Secure the booking in our shared Google Calendar, filling in the customer’s details and any special notes.

When a call ends, it should either be a confirmed calendar slot or be flagged clearly for my attention—nothing slips through the cracks. I supply the script, VoIP credentials, calendar access and a quick-start guide so you can hit the ground running.
