1. three brand identity concepts
Concept 1 — Refined version of the AI identity that i created.
I used an AI tool to develop one logo direction that I liked but needs a professional designer to polish, rectify, and elevate. Full details, colours, fonts, and reference images are in Section 4 at the end of this brief. Please take that as a starting point for Concept 1.
Concept 2 — Your own creative direction
Fully open. No constraints on colour palette, fonts, style, metaphor, or typography. Build what you believe fits the brief. Surprise me.
Concept 3 — A second creative direction from you
Ideally structurally different from Concept 2 (different mark family, different mood, different metaphor). Again, no constraints.
For Concepts 2 and 3: focus on making the mark ownable, bilingual-friendly, memorable, and legally defensible in trademark terms.

2. Full deliverables (for the final chosen concept)
Logo system
• Primary logo (main lockup)
• Horizontal and stacked lockups
• Standalone wordmark and standalone symbol (where appropriate)
• Simplified small-size version, favicon, and social avatar
• Full-colour, black, white, and single-colour versions
• Clear-space rules, minimum-size rules, correct and incorrect use examples
• Arabic and English lockups, both standing alone and combined
Colour system
• Primary, secondary, accent, and neutral palettes
• HEX, RGB, and CMYK values
• Accessibility notes (contrast ratios for text on background combinations)
• Clear usage rules (which colour where, which combinations never to use)
• Light-mode and dark-mode guidance
Typography
• Latin and Arabic font families, with sources and licensing
• Weight hierarchy (display, headline, body, caption)
• Spacing, leading, letter-spacing rules
• Fallback fonts
• Sample compositions
Patterns and graphics
• Three distinct but complementary seamless brand patterns
• Editable SVG repeat tiles + tiled previews
• Light, dark, and monochrome variations
• Supporting shapes, borders, graphic devices
• 12 custom vector icons in a consistent style
• Photography and illustration guidance
Brand applications (produced examples AND editable templates)
• Business card (front and back)
• Letterhead
• HTML email signature
• Document cover + interior page
• PowerPoint template with at least 10 useful slide layouts
• Social media profile image and cover/banner
• Six social post templates + three story templates
• Three additional applications you consider most relevant (signage, uniforms, merchandise, vehicle graphics, packaging, etc.)
• A simple responsive landing page template is not required — we will handle that separately
Brand guidelines
• Designed PDF manual containing all of the above
• Editable source file (InDesign, Figma, or your tool of choice)
• Concise quick-start summary at the front

3. Technical and legal requirements
File formats
• Logo, icon and pattern masters: true editable vector (SVG and AI or EPS). Paths, shapes, organised groups and layers. No raster embedded in SVGs.
• PNG exports: transparent, at multiple sizes (16, 24, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024 px).
• Document templates: editable text and objects — do not flatten whole pages or slides to images.
• Print-ready files: CMYK, correct bleed, specified dimensions where applicable.
• Font licenses: identified clearly, legal for commercial brand use.
Originality and clearance
• All work must be original. No templated marks, no AI-image outputs.
• Final concept must pass a trademark clearance pass before delivery:
o Google Image Search / Google Lens
o WIPO Global Brand Database
o Saudi SAIP trademark search
o A general Arabic and English web search for similar marks
• Any concept that collides with an existing mark will be rejected.
Copyright transfer
• Full copyright transfer of the final selected concept and all brand kit assets to Enhanswers Digital Solutions upon final payment. A short IP assignment clause will be included in the agreement.
• You retain the right to show the work in your portfolio after launch, with permission.
Pricing: please quote your rate based on the scope above.

4. The AI Identity (for Concept 1 only)
I used an AI assistant to develop one logo direction. I want it polished, rectified, and professionally enhanced, not re-created. Treat this as the starting point for Concept 1 only.
The idea
The mark is called "The Rise". It represents growth and enhancement visually. Three bars ascending diagonally from lower-left to upper-right — short to tall, cool colour to warm — ending in a gold bar at the top that represents the "enhanced answer."
How it integrates into the wordmark
The Rise is built INTO the wordmark, not placed beside it:
• Latin ("Enhanswers"): the capital E is replaced by the three stepped ascending bars.
• Arabic ("إنهانسرز"): the letter س is replaced by three vertical teeth sitting on a baseline, ascending in the Arabic reading direction — rightmost tooth short, middle tooth medium, leftmost tooth tall and gold.
One wordmark, two scripts, same mark built into both.
Colours used in the reference
Colour HEX Role
Deep teal #082F35 Primary ground, ink
Cream #FAF6EE Light ground
Gold #F2B632 Accent only — the top bar of the Rise, the final tooth
Teal #0E7C86 Supporting
Lagoon #5BC2CF On dark grounds only (too light on cream)
Bronze #A8691A Replaces gold on light grounds for better contrast
Proportions in use: deep teal ~50%, cream ~35%, teal ~8%, gold ~4%, lagoon ~3%.
Fonts used in the reference (for Concept 1 refinement)
• Latin: Space Grotesk 600
• Arabic: Noto Kufi Arabic 600
These are placeholders. The designer may propose better bilingual pairings if they would elevate the identity, but the pairing must preserve the geometric sans character.
What specifically needs to be fixed in the AI reference
1. The Latin Rise-E is currently HTML + SVG stacked beside text. It must be custom-drawn as a single outlined mark, tuned to the x-height, baseline, cap-height, and stem widths of the surrounding wordmark letters.
2. The Arabic Rise-س currently uses an overlay technique on top of the plain Arabic word — the connection points between the Rise-س teeth and the adjacent ن (right) and ر (left) are approximated, not drawn. These must be properly drawn so the letters connect cleanly in cursive Arabic.
3. Proportions, spacing, and the stair-step geometry may all be refined to your judgment, as long as the core idea (stepped ascending bars, bottom lagoon → top gold) is preserved.
4. Favicon: the current stepped bars become hard to read at 16 px. Your job includes solving this (a condensed version, a monogram device, or a simplified mark — your call).
5. Overall craft: make it look like a real brand mark, not a concept sketch.
Reference images
See the attached images:
• Full lockup, dark background
• Mark variations (on light, reversed, one-colour, favicon stack)
• Arabic detail (plain وersus Rise-س, side by side)
• Full board for context
What I want from you as the designer on Concept 1
Keep the IDEA (the Rise as a symbolic growth gesture, integrated into the wordmark). Elevate the EXECUTION. If you want to propose a cleaner structural variation that still carries the "ascending to gold" idea, I am open to that — but please label it clearly as a variation of Concept 1.
