Bilingual Assistant: Facebook & Instagram Management

I need support managing my brand’s Facebook and Instagram profiles and want to work with a junior-level assistant who feels comfortable switching between Spanish and English at any moment.

Your day-to-day will revolve around two core skills: social media management and content creation. You’ll draft short posts, choose or design simple visuals, schedule everything inside Meta Business Suite, and keep an eye on basic engagement metrics so we can adjust tone, timing, or format quickly. Clear, natural copy in both languages is crucial because half of my audience interacts only in English while the other half prefers Spanish.

Every Monday morning I expect a one-page content calendar for the week ahead (posts, captions, hashtags, and proposed publish times) and every Friday a concise report of reach, likes, comments, and any audience insights you notice.

Tools you should already know your way around: Canva or similar for quick graphics, Meta Business Suite (or any Instagram/Facebook scheduler), and Google Sheets for the weekly metrics recap.
