We are Bespoke Bikeworks, a mobile bicycle repair shop in Tacoma, WA. We come to you in a van. We do tune-ups, everyday repairs, free safety checks, and pay-what-you-can tune-ups for kids’ bikes. We also buy and sell used bikes.
We need two things in this job:
1. A simple logo / wordmark
2. A one-page website that lets someone request a visit
No online shop. No booking calendar with payments. No van wrap files in this job.
1) Logo
- Wordmark or wordmark + small mark
- Must work in one color on a van door, a hat, and a phone screen
- Feel: practical, local, slightly workshop — not a Tour de France brand, not a kids’ cartoon
- Deliver: SVG, PNG (transparent), and a black + white version
- 3 first concepts, then 2 revision rounds on the chosen direction
Do not use clip-art bikes, generic gears, or a neon “cycle lifestyle” look.
2) One-page website
Sections, in this order:
1. Header with logo + “Request a visit”
2. Hero: we come to your driveway / office in Tacoma
3. Services (short):
- Tune-up
- Common repairs (flats, shifts, brakes, spokes)
- Free safety check (no appointment)
- Kids’ bikes: pay what you can
- We buy and sell used bikes
4. How it works — 3 steps: message us → we confirm a window → we show up with the van
5. Service area: Tacoma and nearby neighborhoods (placeholder map or text list is fine)
6. Request form: name, phone or email, bike type, address/zip, preferred day, short note
7. Footer: name, “Tacoma, WA”, form link, Instagram handle placeholder
Platform
Pick one and say why in your bid:
- Webflow, Framer, or WordPress (lightweight theme)
Must be mobile-first. Most people will open this from a phone after a flat tire.
Copy
Write the page in clear US English. Keep it short. We will adjust prices later, so do not invent a full price list. You may mention that a basic tune-up is around $90 as a reference only.
What we provide after hire
- 6–10 photos of the van, tools, and repairs (if we have them) or we approve stock + you treat photos consistently
- Any existing name lockup (we may have none)
- Service area notes
Out of scope
- Printed van wrap
- Shopify / inventory
- SEO campaign or Google Ads
- Social media management
- Repair-ticket software
Those can be later jobs.
Timeline
12 days from kickoff: logo concepts by day 4, full page draft by day 9, final files by day 12.
How to apply
Include all of this or the bid will be skipped:
1. 2 live one-page or small-business sites you built
2. 1 logo or wordmark you designed (link or image)
3. Which platform you will use
4. Delivery date
