I’m expanding my marketing team in Bhopal and need a creative all-rounder who can own both video production and day-to-day social media growth. Your core focus will be Instagram and Facebook: planning the calendar, jumping on viral trends, writing thumb-stopping captions and hashtags, and then tracking every metric to keep engagement climbing.

Most of the videos you’ll cut are fast-paced Reels. I work in CapCut myself, so sticking to that software keeps our workflow smooth, though you’re welcome to bring tricks from Premiere Pro or DaVinci when it helps. Clean audio sync, punchy transitions, and a knack for keeping the first three seconds addictive are non-negotiable.

Beyond editing, I’ll look to you for fresh content ideas, competitor research, and weekly insights on what’s working. Basic graphic design in Canva or Photoshop is a bonus, but creativity and reliability matter most.

The role is on-site in Bhopal, full-time, with a salary range of ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month based on the skill and experience you demonstrate in your portfolio and interview edit test. If you thrive on deadlines, love experimenting with trends, and are ready to drive real growth, let’s talk.
