**Belgium-Based Accounting Expert – Belgian Accounting Software & Practice**

We are looking for an experienced **Belgium-based freelance accountant/accounting professional** who has practical experience working with **Belgian accounting offices and Belgian accounting systems**.

**Required expertise:**

* Belgian accounting and bookkeeping
* Belgian VAT, annual accounts and tax procedures
* Experience with **ADIX / Adisoft / Adibox** or similar Belgian accounting software
* CODA bank files and automatic accounting entries
* Purchase and sales invoice processing
* General ledger and account reconciliation
* Preparation of files for annual closing / jaarbalans
* Belgian company accounting (BV/SRL, eenmanszaak, etc.)
* Knowledge of **KBO, Intervat, Biztax and Belgian tax administration**
* Understanding of Belgian accounting-office workflows

**Language requirements:**

* Excellent **Dutch (Nederlands)** – required
* Good **French** – preferred
* English is an advantage

We specifically need someone who understands the **Belgian accounting system in practice**, not only general international accounting.

Experience working in a **Belgian fiduciary/accounting office (fiduciaire / accountantskantoor)** is highly preferred.
