All bookkeeping is closed and the financial statements are final; I now need a licensed Belgian accountant to take the last two steps:
• File the corporate income tax return through Biztax, including all required annexes.
• Deposit the annual accounts with the National Bank of Belgium and provide proof of acceptance.
I will supply the trial balance, signed financial statements, and every supporting document in digital format. Your role is limited to the electronic submissions, checking formal compliance, and sending me the official acknowledgments so I can archive them internally.
