I need a batch of clear, beginner-friendly blog posts that walk absolute newcomers through everyday “website building and online tools” tasks in the technology and software space. Each article should be practical, conversational, and written for readers who have never opened the tool before. Think step-by-step guidance, screenshots or annotated images where useful, and a helpful call-to-action at the end so the reader feels confident trying the process on their own.
Please cover the following tools in separate posts:
• Design tools – Canva (free version)
• Email productivity – Gmail basics
• File sharing & collaboration – Google Drive fundamentals
• Introductory AI agents – what they are, how to activate one, and a simple use-case demo
Structure every article around one core task (e.g., “Create a Social Media Graphic in Canva from Scratch”) and keep the tone friendly, patient, and jargon-free. I will supply the publishing template once we start; you simply plug the content in, making sure headings are optimized for search and the instructions are logically ordered.
Deliverables
1. One polished, proofread blog article per tool (4 total).
2. Word doc or Google Doc format with royalty-free images embedded or linked.
3. A short meta description and 3–5 beginner-oriented keywords for each piece.
I’ll review each draft within 48 hours and send back any minor edits—once approved, you’re done.
