I’m looking for a patient, engaging tutor who can guide true beginners through the fundamentals of Japanese grammar and vocabulary. The goal is to build a solid base so that, over time, everyday conversation and simple reading feel natural.

Here’s what I have in mind:
• Weekly live sessions (audio or video) that break down new grammar points in clear, practical examples.
• Targeted vocabulary drills that move beyond word lists into real-life usage.
• Short homework or quizzes after each lesson so I can track progress between meetings.

Your teaching style should be interactive—screen-sharing example sentences, using spaced-repetition flashcards, or any other tools you prefer (Anki, Google Docs, digital whiteboards, etc.). Native speakers are preferred, but anyone who can explain the “why” behind the language in simple English is welcome.

When you bid, please tell me:
1. How you structure a typical beginner lesson.
2. What materials or platforms you like to use.
3. Your availability in JST or your local time.

I’m eager to start as soon as we find a good fit, and I’m happy to book a paid trial lesson first to make sure our styles align.
