Beginner-Friendly HR Recruitment Project

For my MBA coursework I must design a compact HR recruitment package that zeroes in on requirement extraction for entry-level roles in the technology sector. I already know the broad steps—job description analysis, candidate screening criteria, and a simple end-to-end hiring flow—but I need you to shape them into clear, easy-to-follow documents.

What matters most is the requirement-extraction section: identifying must-have and nice-to-have skills, experience, and soft-skills for fresh tech graduates or juniors. Once that foundation is solid, the remaining pieces should flow naturally.

Deliverables (all with brief “how to read” notes so a beginner can grasp them):
• An Excel sheet that captures requirement extraction, mapped to specific entry-level tech roles (e.g., Junior Software Developer, Help-Desk Support).
• A concise Word document that explains your extraction method, shows a sample job description analysis, and outlines objective screening/shortlisting criteria.
• A one-page flowchart or table in Word describing a basic, step-by-step recruitment process—from posting to offer—using the extracted requirements as checkpoints.
