I’m producing a small series of health articles that guide absolute beginners through exercise, and I need each piece both written and translated. The content must stay squarely focused on exercise—specifically cardio routines, simple strength-training moves, and flexibility or stretching sessions—always in language a newcomer can follow with confidence.
Here’s the flow I have in mind. First, you’ll craft clear, evidence-based articles (around 800–1 000 words each) that explain benefits, step-by-step techniques, safety tips, and common mistakes. Plain English, upbeat tone, and solid references are essential. Once the English draft is approved, you’ll provide a polished translation into any additional language you’re genuinely fluent in; tell me your strongest pair when you bid so we can align expectations early.
Deliver everything in Google Docs with logical headings (H2/H3) and short paragraphs for easy online reading. SEO-friendly phrasing should come naturally rather than feeling stuffed.
Acceptance criteria
• Three stand-alone articles: cardio, strength training, flexibility/stretching
• Beginner reading level (Flesch ≥60), free of plagiarism and grammar issues
• Translation that reads as if originally written in the target language—not machine output
• Editable files delivered on the agreed schedule
If you bring sports-science know-how, certified translation experience, or proven fitness writing samples, that will strengthen your proposal.
