BEDS24 OTA Integration Setup

I already run my properties through an active BEDS24 account and now need the channel connections finalised so everything stays perfectly in sync. The integrations I am after are Airbnb, Expedia and, if possible within the same workflow, Vrbo and Trip.com.

Key objectives are straightforward: every calendar must mirror BEDS24 in real-time, my dynamic prices need to flow out automatically, and new reservations (or changes and cancellations) must drop straight back into BEDS24 without manual touch-ups.

For each channel I expect:
• Two-way availability and rate sync verified with a live test booking
• Reservation, modification and cancellation mapping confirmed inside BEDS24
• Clear documentation or a short screen-share walkthrough so I can troubleshoot or add future listings myself

You’ll have full admin access to my BEDS24 dashboard plus the relevant OTA accounts the moment we start. If you have handled API or iCal hookups on BEDS24 before, this should be quick work; just be sure to leave everything clean, labelled and working flawlessly.
