Bedroom Blueprint to 3D Render

I have a set of architectural blueprints for a bedroom and I need them transformed into a polished 3-dimensional interior visualization. The render will be used in an interior design presentation, so I’m looking for a model that clearly shows the layout, accurate furniture placement, and carefully chosen textures and materials—lighting can stay neutral; absolute photorealism isn’t mandatory, but the space must feel tangible and well-finished.

You can work in the software you prefer—SketchUp, 3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, or an equivalent—as long as the final imagery looks consistent with today’s professional design boards.

Deliverables
• One fully textured 3D model of the bedroom (native file + exported FBX/OBJ).
• Three high-resolution stills from key angles, minimum 3000 px on the long edge.
• A short walkthrough animation (10–15 sec) or a 360° panorama, whichever is faster for you to produce.

I will supply the blueprint PDF, rough furniture references, and a mood board once we start. Please let me know your usual turnaround time and any similar bedroom projects you have completed so I can gauge style compatibility.
