I need an experienced beauty and skincare enthusiast to handle real-time product advisory chats that arrive through my brand’s social-media inboxes. Customers will reach out looking for help with three things: picking the right products for their specific skin type or concern, building a simple routine they can actually stick to, and understanding ingredient lists or proper usage.

You’ll be replying directly inside the social platforms’ native messaging tools, so familiarity with Instagram, Facebook Messenger, or similar is important. Every reply has to feel friendly, knowledgeable, and fully aligned with our brand voice while remaining scientifically accurate and compliant with any cosmetic-claims guidelines.
