Beauty Product WhatsApp Support

I run an online store focused on beauty and health items and the sales volume is starting to outgrow the time I can spend in front of my phone. To keep every potential buyer warm while also freeing me to source new products, I want a reliable freelancer who can sit in my WhatsApp inbox, answer questions, guide shoppers toward the right items, and close the sale.

Here’s what you’ll actually do day-to-day:
• Respond quickly and politely to every incoming WhatsApp message.
• Give clear, accurate information about each beauty or health product, including benefits, price, stock and simple usage tips.
• Capture order details in the agreed Google Sheet so I can arrange payment and shipping without chasing missing data.
• Nudge undecided visitors toward purchase with gentle, value-focused follow-up (no hard selling).
• Flag complex or sensitive issues to me in real time.

Acceptance criteria
1. Average reply time under 10 minutes during the agreed shift.
2. At least 90 % of chats end with either a confirmed order or a documented follow-up date.
3. Zero unanswered messages left in the inbox at the end of each shift.

Fluent Indonesian is essential; basic English is a plus because some ingredient names appear in that language. If you already use WhatsApp Web, canned replies, or any CRM plug-ins, mention them so we can hit the ground running.
