Beauty Brand Strategist & Social Media Manager – Growth + Sales Focus

I’m looking for an experienced freelance brand strategist / social media growth manager to work with a small beauty brand that is launching soon.

I want to be very clear about what I’m looking for: I am NOT looking for someone who simply manages a posting schedule, creates a content calendar and uploads posts.

I need someone who can actually develop and execute a content + growth strategy with SALES as the biggest priority.

The goal is to build the brand from the ground up, grow the right audience organically, create strong brand recognition, generate engagement, and most importantly turn that attention and engagement into actual customers and sales.

What I need from you:
- Develop a proper content strategy, not just a content calendar
- Create a clear social media growth strategy for Instagram & Facebook
- Understand beauty/e-commerce and how to market products effectively
- Build a relevant organic following — NO bots, fake followers, bulk following/unfollowing or purchased engagement
- Increase meaningful engagement from the right target audience
- Know how to identify our target customer and reach them correctly
- Analyse social media data/insights and actually use the data to make decisions and improve performance
- Test different content, hooks, formats and strategies and understand what is actually converting
- Develop strategies that take people from **content → engagement → website/product → purchase
- Understand how to launch a new beauty brand and build momentum around the launch
- Know how to scale what is working
- Be able to run and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Understand audience targeting, retargeting, creative testing, conversion campaigns, etc.
- Track performance and provide clear reporting
- Have clear deliverables and measurable goals each month
- Continuously adjust the strategy based on results rather than just following a fixed posting schedule

SALES ARE THE #1 PRIORITY

I cannot stress this enough.

I am not interested in simply getting followers or views that don't translate into anything.

I want someone who understands:
Reach → Engagement → Interest → Website Traffic → Conversion → SALES

If a post gets 100,000 views but generates no customers, I want someone who can look at the data, understand why, and change the strategy.

Likewise, if something is generating sales, I want someone who knows how to scale it.

About the brand & budget:
This is a very small beauty brand that is about to launch, so I am specifically looking for a freelancer rather than an agency.

I do not have a large marketing budget at this stage.

I would ideally like to find someone who is experienced and knows what they're doing, but who is also interested in growing with a small brand and building something long-term.

I am open to someone who is still building their portfolio as long as you can demonstrate that you actually understand social media strategy, growth, advertising and conversion.
