Bathroom Remodel Visualization with Interior Design Expertise

I already have every tile, fixture, and finish purchased for my upcoming bathroom remodel; now I need to see exactly how those choices will look once installed. Additionally, I am looking for someone with interior design expertise to help visualize the space and provide guidance on materials I haven’t finalized yet, such as mirrors. The layout and plumbing cannot be changed.

Please take my product specs—tile SKUs, vanity dimensions, faucet style, paint swatches, lighting cut-sheets—and turn them into a realistic representation of the finished space. Any professional tool is fine (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Blender, etc.) as long as the colors, textures, and proportions read accurately.

What I’ll provide right away:
• PDF floor plan with dimensions
• Current room photos from multiple angles
• Manufacturer links or cut-sheets for all materials and fixtures

Deliverables I need from you:
1. Three or more high-resolution still renders showing key views (entrance, shower, vanities).
2. A top-down annotated layout confirming fixture placement and clearances.
3. The native project file so I can make minor tweaks later if needed.
