Basic Office Floorplan in LibreCAD

I already have sketches and measurements for a 20 ft × 100 ft workspace and need them turned into a clean, scaled floor-plan I can edit in LibreCAD and share as a PDF. The layout must include a conference room, a break room, and between five and ten individual offices. I’ve chosen the exact spots for the conference, break room , utility room and washroom and will send you those dimensions and clearances as soon as we start.

The drawing needs walls, door swings, and simple furniture footprints—no 3-D detailing or permit-level annotations—just a clear, accurate 2-D plan with proper layer names so I can tweak wall thicknesses later.

• LibreCAD-compatible DXF (single file)
• Print-ready PDF at architectural scale
