Basic HubSpot CRM Setup & Integrations

I need our new HubSpot CRM instance configured from scratch and tied into the core apps we rely on every day. The scope is limited to a clean “Phase-1” build, but it must include four critical connections:

• Email marketing platform (I currently have no provider)
• HealthSherpa for quote and enrollment data.
• Nextiva as the VOIP service for click-to-call, call logging, and call recording sync.
• Nextgen Leads integration

Key activities I expect you to handle:

1. Spin up the HubSpot account, set user roles, pipelines, deal stages, custom properties, and basic reports so my team can go live immediately.
2. Build and test each integration end-to-end, making sure data flows both ways where supported.
3. Document the connection steps, field mappings, and any required webhooks so we can troubleshoot or extend later.
4. Walk me through a quick screenshare hand-off when everything is working.

Acceptance criteria: all integrations authenticate without errors, sample records sync in real time, and calls placed from HubSpot using Nextiva appear on the contact timeline with recording links. The entire setup should live inside HubSpot’s native tools or widely-used middleware (Zapier, Make) rather than custom code unless absolutely necessary.
