Basic Bulk Photo Retouching Needed

I have between 11 and 50 images that need consistent, professional-looking basic retouching. The job is straightforward: apply clean color correction, smooth the skin where necessary, and subtly enhance or tidy up each background while keeping the overall look natural.

Please work nondestructively (layers or smart objects) so I can request tweaks if needed. Any mainstream workflow using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or an equivalent tool is fine—as long as the final JPEGs and layered PSDs (or TIFFs) are delivered at full resolution.

Deliverables
• Fully retouched, print-ready JPEGs
• Layered source files for every photo

• Even, realistic color balance across the set
• Skin smoothing that avoids a plastic or blurry look
• Backgrounds free of stray distractions without visible cloning marks
