I want a very lightweight AppSheet solution that lets our employees submit purchase orders and gives our accountant a simple way to approve or reject them. The app only needs two data tabs—each capped at about 80 rows—so the structure stays compact and easy to maintain.

Tab 1 will store the orders that employees create. They just need a quick form, a place to attach a PDF or photo of the request, and a status field that starts as “Pending.”
Tab 2 is for the accountant: the same rows appear there, but with buttons (Approve / Reject) and a comments field. Once an action is taken the status should update for the employee to see immediately.

There’s no need for advanced dashboards or complex automations; a clear view for each role and a basic email or in-app notification when a decision is made will be enough. I’ll supply the exact column names and a sample Google Sheet once we get started.

If you’ve already built small AppSheet apps before, this should be quick work. After you hand over the finished app I’ll test the flow with a few dummy entries, and once everything syncs correctly we’re done.
