Basic Aluminum Cabinet Design

I need a basic aluminum sheet metal cabinet designed. The cabinet should have an open front and include mounting brackets and a lock mechanism. Lock not necessary even just lip on front of each "shelf". Photo provided of similar cabinet and the boxes that will go in it. Plano 3700 deep stowaway 14x8x3 exact outside dimensions. Using cabinet in work truck so would like the boxes snug in the shelves/cabinet.

Requirements:
- Provide file in .step or .dxf format for fabricator
- Height, width, and depth in inches
- Use 1/16 inch thick aluminum sheet metal

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Experience with sheet metal design
- Ability to create and export .step or .dxf files
