Basic 3D Floorplan Walkthrough

I have two apartment floor plans—already prepared as a PDF and in CAD—and I need them turned into a clean, accurate 3D representation. The focus is on the architecture itself; walls, openings, and the kitchen and bathrooms

What I am ultimately after is a short walkthrough animation that lets me “fly” through each unit and understand the spatial flow. A crisp, well-lit render is all that’s required; style isn’t a concern, so feel free to work with whichever neutral materials you prefer while keeping everything easy to read.

Deliverables:
• A high-resolution walkthrough video (MP4 or similar) covering both apartments
• Source 3D file in the software you use (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or equivalent) so I can reference or adjust later
• One or two still images from key viewpoints for quick reference

Please build directly from the CAD file for dimensional accuracy, using the PDF only as a visual cross-check. If anything in the drawings looks unclear, let me know early so we can resolve it before you spend time on revisions.
