I’m looking for someone who can turn my 2-dimensional architectural drawings into clear, easy-to-read 3D floor plans. The focus is a straightforward, basic layout—no photorealistic materials or furniture staging—just accurate walls, openings, fixed fixtures, and circulation paths represented in three dimensions.
I’ll supply the current plans in PDF or DWG, along with any critical dimensions. You’ll translate them into a clean 3D model and provide:
• A native file (SketchUp, Revit, or comparable)
• Two to three high-resolution PNG or JPG images showing the plan from useful angles
• One exported, shareable 3D viewer file or link so stakeholders can orbit the space
Accuracy of wall positions, door swings, and room labels is the key acceptance criterion. If you work in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar, let me know so I can match file formats. Turnaround within a few days once you receive the drawings would be ideal.
