I need a clear, well-organised record of my basement so I can move forward with a damage assessment report. The visit involves three main tasks:

• Measurements – Capture accurate length, width, and height data for every wall and floor section.
• High-resolution photos – Provide wide shots and close-ups that show the full layout plus any surface irregularities.
• Walk-through video – A steady, narrated pass through the space, ending with a detailed look at the boiler room so the current condition of the mechanicals is unmistakable.

Walls, floors, and the boiler-room equipment are the only areas that matter; windows, doors, and other utilities can be ignored unless they help illustrate an issue you notice while on site. Natural light is limited, so plan on using a work light or strong flash to ensure everything is clearly visible.

Deliverables (uploadable folder or cloud link):
1. A simple sketch or marked-up floor plan with all measurements in feet/inches (or metric if easier).
2. At least 20 crisp photos (JPEG or PNG).
3. One continuous video clip (MP4 or MOV, 1080p minimum) no longer than five minutes.

All files should be clearly named and delivered within 48 hours of the site visit.
