I’m ready to turn a single-family barn house vision into a full set of build-ready blueprints and need an architect or designer who can translate my ideas into accurate, permit-friendly drawings.

The concept: a barn-inspired residence that feels airy and connected. Key must-haves are an open floor plan on the main level, a cozy loft that overlooks the living space, and a generous wrap-around porch that ties the indoors to the surrounding land. Beyond these essentials, I’m flexible and open to your creative suggestions on roof lines, material choices, and smart space-saving touches typical of modern barn homes.

What I expect as final deliverables:
• Scaled floor plans, elevations, and sections (PDF + source CAD/Revit files)
• Site layout with basic setbacks so I can confirm positioning on the lot
• Door, window, and finish schedules ready for contractor bidding
• A simple structural layout or notes sufficient for my local engineer to stamp
• 3D exterior rendering or model screenshots for visualization
