Bangkok Storage Packing & Shipping items

I have a small storage unit in Chinatown Bangkok that holds 5 boxes of personal items. I need someone on-site to open the unit, carefully repack everything into Thai International postal boxes, photograph each item (many can be photographed in groups, i.e. same items). List each piece into a spreadsheet format I will provide for the customs mandate.

Once all the boxes are packed, then to be sent to my shipping address (UK) from the post office with all the list and pictures ready. (We may finally decide on using Fedex, DHL or just international Thai post service).

You would:
• Visit the facility at a mutually convenient time (I will arrange access in advance).
• Inspect, photograph, and confirm the exact items with me via chat or video call before packing.
• Purchase standard boxes from ThaiPost, bubble wrap, tape, and print any needed customs forms.
• Select a reputable courier service, obtain the tracking numbers, and send me digital copies of the waybills and receipts.

All expenses—packing supplies, transport to the unit, and shipping fees—will be reimbursed. The job is complete when the tracking shows the parcels in transit and I have clear photos of the packed boxes and paperwork.
