Bangkok On-Site & Remote Assistant

I need a reliable assistant based in Bangkok who can split time between working remotely and meeting me in person when required. Your main focus will be administrative support, specifically staying on top of my email inbox.

Here is what the role involves:
• Organising incoming messages so everything lands in the right folder and priority is always clear.
• Responding to routine inquiries on my behalf in a polite, concise tone that matches my style.
• Filtering out spam and promotional clutter before it ever reaches me.

We will start with a shared mailbox and clear tagging rules; once the workflow is smooth you will have the autonomy to action messages directly. Occasional face-to-face sessions in Bangkok will be useful for quick strategy catch-ups and to hand over any sensitive documents, so proximity to the city is essential.
