Bangkok-Based Virtual Assistant & Warehouse Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable, proactive freelancer based in Bangkok to help us set up and manage a small local storage/warehouse operation.
This is not a full-time role. We are looking for someone who can initially complete a setup project and then provide ongoing support as needed.

What you’ll do

• Research and shortlist suitable small warehouses, shared storage facilities or 3PL providers
• Call providers, compare pricing and negotiate where appropriate
• Physically visit shortlisted locations and send us photos/videos and your honest assessment
• Help set up a small storage arrangement for receiving samples and business materials
• Coordinate with suppliers, couriers and warehouse staff
• Occasionally receive or inspect deliveries and send us photos/inventory updates
• Maintain a simple inventory sheet
• Act as our reliable local operations point of contact in Bangkok

Requirements

• Currently based in Bangkok
• Fluent in English and Thai
• Comfortable making calls, visiting locations and dealing with local service providers
• Organised, responsive and trustworthy
• Experience in logistics, sourcing, operations, executive assistance or project coordination is a plus
• Must be able to work independently and solve practical problems

How we’ll start

We will begin with a paid test project: research and shortlist suitable storage/warehouse options, contact them, and physically visit selected locations.
If we work well together, this can develop into an ongoing long-term freelance arrangement.
Payment

We are open to:

• Fixed price for the initial setup project
• Hourly or monthly retainer for ongoing support
• Reasonable local travel expenses reimbursed separately
