Bangalore Site Measure & CAD Plan

I need an experienced drafter who can come to my already-built ground-floor residence in Bangalore, take precise laser measurements on site, and turn those figures into a neat 2D AutoCAD plan. During the visit you will capture walls, overall room sizes, plus the sizes and exact positions of every door and window. Beam drops are present, so note them where they affect ceiling levels, but the drawing itself only needs to show walls, rooms, doors and windows.

In the finished drawing please label each space with simple names such as Bedroom, Living, Kitchen, etc. Dimensions on the sheet should show room sizes as well as door and window widths; wall thicknesses and MEP points are not required.

Deliverables
• Clean, editable DWG (AutoCAD 2018 or later)
• Print-ready, scaled PDF

If you use a laser distance meter and are comfortable drafting as-built plans in AutoCAD, this should be a straightforward assignment.
