My Bambu Lab P2S has developed a mechanical issue: the filament repeatedly jams in the extruder and nozzle even though the nozzle is jam as well. I need an experienced 3D-printer technician who knows this model inside out to help me get back to smooth, uninterrupted printing.

Here is what I’m dealing with:
• Mechanical issue type: persistent jamming/clogging
• Location of the jam: extruder assembly (gears appear to slip and the feeder skips steps)

What I’m expecting from you
1. A quick diagnostic session—face to face at my premises in Singapore—to pinpoint the exact cause (drive gear wear, PTFE tube damage, tension mis-adjustment, stepper weakness, etc.).
2. A clear list of any replacement parts or consumables I should order, with links or part numbers.
3. Step-by-step repair guidance: disassembly of the extruder, cleaning or swapping components, correct re-tensioning, and reassembly.
4. Post-repair calibration and test procedure (flow rate, extrusion multiplier, pressure advance) until the printer can complete several standard prints without any jams.

Acceptance criteria
• Three consecutive 20-minute test prints finish with no extruder click or filament grind.
• Extruder temps, flow, and stepper current sit within factory spec.
• I receive a concise maintenance checklist so I can prevent this issue in the future and rectify the issue in futre

Familiarity with Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer profiles, and common P2-series spare parts is a big plus. If you’ve fixed similar jams on the P2S before, please mention it along with any photos or references.
