We are pleased to collaborate with you on developing our WhatsApp Automation System. A dedicated environment has been prepared for you to complete the required tasks.
I. Current System Architecture
To provide you with an overview of the project's scale, the platform is currently running stably in a Live Production environment and includes the following completed features:

III. Required Tasks (Task List)
1. File Transfer Module Implementation:
Requirement: Enable the bot to handle attachments (documents like PDFs, images, etc.) via the Baileys engine.
Details: Develop the capability to receive files from clients and save them programmatically, as well as the platform's ability to send files to clients as part of interactive automated responses. You must ensure a secure and organized storage path architecture.
2. Voice Messages Module Implementation:
Requirement: Support sending and receiving Voice Notes / Audio Messages.
Details: Process WhatsApp-supported audio extensions (e.g., ogg/ptt) via Baileys so the system can save incoming voice payloads and dispatch pre-recorded voice messages to clients.
3. Full Mobile-Device Emulation & Control:
Requirement: Upgrade the platform to possess comprehensive control capabilities that mirror the official WhatsApp mobile application.
Details: Leverage advanced Baileys capabilities and link them to the dashboard. This includes: full group management (create, edit, add/remove members), profile control (change profile picture and 'About' status), contact synchronization, presence updates (Online, Typing), 'Delete for everyone' (Revoke messages), and handling WhatsApp Status updates.
4. Smart Alert & Notification System:
Requirement: Build a real-time notification system connecting WhatsApp engine events to the management dashboard.
Details: Trigger instant in-dashboard alerts for agents and managers during critical events (e.g., Human Handoff requests, Offline Requests received outside business hours, Session Drops, or system errors). Additionally, enable programmatic dispatch of "Emergency Alert Messages" via WhatsApp to pre-defined admin numbers.
5. Automated Contact Capture Module (Auto-Store):
Requirement: Automatically capture and update details of any new user interacting with the bot in the database.
Details: Upon receiving any new message via Baileys, programmatically extract the sender's data (JID/Phone Number, Push Name, and first/last contact timestamp). Verify against the database: insert as a new entry in the Contacts table if the user is new, or automatically update their details and Timestamp if they already exist, ensuring a fully automated CRM build without manual intervention.
6. Fully Responsive UI/UX Design:
Requirement: Ensure all newly added interfaces and modifications are fully responsive across all devices (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile).
Details: The Dashboard and chat interfaces—especially those handling files and voice messages—must adapt seamlessly to various screen sizes without layout distortion. This guarantees that agents and managers can efficiently monitor and manage the system on their smartphones.
7. Advanced Custom RBAC & Granular Permissions:
Requirement: Upgrade the current Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to support customized granular permissions per individual user, in addition to the primary roles (Master Admin, Super Admin, Agent).
Details: Develop an interface and protocol allowing the Master Admin to override default role rules and assign exceptional custom permissions to a specific Agent or Super Admin (e.g., granting a specific agent the right to export contacts while denying it to others, or revoking message deletion rights from a specific admin). The system must be flexible enough to handle these user-level permission exceptions at the database level.
