Bahrain Home Plan Redesign

My current house layout works, but it doesn’t flow it’s too big and needs to reduce the built up area with someone innovative and creative. I need the entire plan re-imagined—within Bahrain’s planning laws—so every square metre serves a clear purpose. ; full house plan has to be redesigned , circulation between spaces should feel intuitive and uncluttered. I gravitate toward a clean, modern aesthetic, yet finishes and structural ideas must remain fully compliant with local municipal regulations and the latest BREEAM-inspired sustainability guidelines adopted in Bahrain.

Here’s what will help me move forward:
• A revised set of architectural drawings (DWG or RVT preferred) that can go straight to municipal submission.
• A brief code-compliance report citing the specific Bahraini regulations addressed.
• 3D perspectives or SketchUp walkthroughs to visualise the new flow, particularly the kitchen–dining connection.
