I need two separate, production-ready tech packs: one for a line of backpacks and another for a panel-cut T-shirt silhouette. Each document must be detailed enough for factories to quote and sample without follow-up questions.
For the panel-cut tees, include:
• Fabric types with Pantone-matched colorways
• All stitching and seam construction notes, called out on the flats
• A graded measurement chart that clearly shows size and fit specifications
For the backpacks, include:
• Full material spec sheet with approved colors or finishes
• Pocket and compartment layouts rendered on front, side, and interior views
• Hardware and accessory callouts (zippers, pulls, buckles, webbing widths, etc.)
Deliver every tech pack as:
1. Layered Adobe Illustrator file (.ai) containing front, back, and detail views
2. A locked PDF version for factory sharing
3. Bill of materials table and numbered callouts matching the artwork
Acceptance criteria
• Measurements and construction annotations are consistent across all pages
• Color and material references match globally recognized systems (Pantone, YKK codes, etc.)
• All pages are print-ready at A4 or Letter size with 3 mm bleed
If you already work in Illustrator, Excel, or specialized PLM software, note it so we can align on formats quickly. Once I approve the first tech pack, we can move straight into the second without delay.
