Back Office Administrator

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Back Office Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.
Role overview
Remote Recruitment places South African talent with UK employers, and this is a full-time, 100% remote position working UK business hours. In this role, you will own the behind-the-scenes admin that keeps a UK business running smoothly. You will join a friendly team, work with clear processes, and have the support you need to do your best work from home.

Key responsibilities

Process orders, forms and customer records accurately

Keep databases and spreadsheets up to date

Manage shared inboxes and route queries

Prepare simple reports for the team

Follow up on outstanding tasks until closed

What you'll need

Experience in an admin or back-office role, with examples of accurate data handling

Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

Strong typing and attention to detail

A reliable laptop, stable fibre internet and a quiet workspace

Availability for 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)

Nice to have

Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot

Familiarity with Asana or Trello

Experience writing short process notes
