Role: Appointment Setter
LOB:Debt Settlement
Work Schedule (EST): 9:00 AM / 10:00 AM / 11:00 AM / 12:00 NN (depending on assignment)
Work Hours: 40 hours per week (including weekends)
Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound leads

Conduct daily calls and prequalify prospective clients

Answer inbound calls from qualified prospects

Set high-quality appointments for the sales advisors

Qualifications:

Strong communication and phone skills

Self-motivated, organized, and competitive

Resilient and able to handle rejection

Experience in credit or financial campaigns is a plus

Device Requirements:

Processor: Intel i5, Ryzen 5, or higher

RAM: 16GB or more

Setup: Dual monitor

OS: Windows 11 Pro or Home

Accessories: Noise-canceling headset and working camera
